Guidelines 1. All applications must be received by Monday 5th December 2011. No late submissions will be accepted. 2. All applications must be uploaded using the online submission site. This site can be accessed from www.vssec.vic.edu.au/tertiary/vssec-nasa-australian-space-prize The submission site will close midnight 5th December. All documentation must be uploaded in PDF format. Any documentation submitted in hard copy will be ignored. 3. The application will consist of: - a completed on-line application form 4. All applications will be considered for the Engineers Australia Undergraduate Thesis Prize in Engineering. 5. The Engineers Australia Undergraduate Thesis Prize in Engineering will consist of a framed certificate and a cheque for $2000 and will be awarded at Engineers Australia Electrical College Annual Awards Dinner. 6. If the winner of the Engineers Australia Undergraduate Thesis Prize in Engineering complies with the Guidelines and Selection Criteria for the VSSEC-NASA Australian Space Prize, they will be automatically selected as the Engineering Category winner and nominated for the VSSEC-NASA Australian Space Prize. 7. If the winner of the Engineers Australia Undergraduate Thesis Prize in Engineering does not comply with the Guidelines and Selection Criteria for the VSSEC-NASA Australian Space Prize, the next eligible applicant will be selected and nominated for the VSSEC-NASA Australian Space Prize. |
