VSSEC makes every attempt to provide a rich learning environment for teachers and access to experts from a variety of fields. To assist us in maintaining this service we ask you to respect the following terms and conditions.

• All invoices must be paid in full prior to the program.
• A full refund will be given if written notice is received at least one week prior to the program.
• If written notice is received between one week and 24hrs prior to the program a 50% refund will be given.
• Teachers who are a no show on the day will be invoiced for the full amount however no certificate of participation will be issued.
• All special dietary requests must be received no later than one week prior to the program.
• Teachers must wear closed footwear when attending all programs at VSSEC.
